David G. Tennant counsels clients in the areas of Taxation, Estate and Succession Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Private Companies (including Corporations, Partnerships and Associations), and General Business, Real Estate and Commercial Transactions. Mr. Tennant also counsels clients in Family Law, including Premarital Agreements and Asset Planning, Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce), and Child Custody Arrangements.

Mr. Tennant is a Kalispell native with advanced degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the Montana State University, as well as an advanced Law Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University.

Mr. Tennant obtained his Law Degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to practice in 2005 before all State and Federal Courts in Montana. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
