Johnathan W. (John) Anderson focuses his practice on assisting public and private companies achieve their business objectives. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience with Complex Commercial Transactions and Related Litigation in the areas of Technology, Intellectual Property, Licensing Agreements, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Master Service Agreements, Purchasing Agreements, and Corporate Transactions.

In addition to his traditional practice, Mr. Anderson has considerable experience with Business Operations and Merger Integration. He has held leadership positions on teams responsible for the development and implementation of Company-wide Policies and procedures in the areas of Purchasing, Customer Contracts and Facilities, as well as the Execution of Strategic Initiatives.

Mr. Anderson is the firm's Managing Attorney. He serves on the State Bar of Montana's Technology Committee and is active in civic and community affairs including being a member of the Board of Directors of the Whitefish Chamber Commerce. Mr. Anderson received his law degree from the University Of Montana School Of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Beloit College. He is admitted to practice in Montana and Texas.
