Additionally, Shelly has considerable experience in Family Law Matters, and focuses on dissolutions involving Business Valuations, Professional Practices and Multi-State Property Ownership. She also uses her Family Law Skills and experience to mediate Dissolution Matters, both as a Mediator and a Settlement Master.
Shelly is a former law clerk for Chief Justice Karla Gray of the Montana Supreme Court. Her appellate experience has been invaluable in her practice, with multiple successful appeals to the Montana Supreme Court.
Shelly has been a member of Kaufman, Vidal, Hileman & Ramlow, P.C., since 1994. She graduated from the University of Montana with High Honors, receiving her B.A. in 1988. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with Honors, receiving her J.D. in 1992. Shelly also studied international law at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain and is fluent in spanish.
